They do not fit a quad. I purchased those and they did not fit. The rear bumper is different. I still have them so if anyone with a non quad Stelvio want them just message me. I'll sell them for 20 bucks plus shipping.

I have two sets for the giulia sitting in my garage, they will probably fit a standard Stelvio and not a Quad.

So I tried to remove the wheelwell liner today, but, Alfa decided to put retainer clips directly underneath the fender lip, so, without removing the fender lip, I don't see how to unclip the liner completely. That being said, I was able to get a decent look behind the liner (on the driver's front). There's not too much behind it, so, it's pretty safe to drill into it. I bought some universal Rally Armor mud flaps that I'm going to throw on the quad.
I've attached two photos. The first shows a little peek at one of the retaining clips I mentioned. The second is looking up and diagonally toward the back of the wheel well with the front of the vehicle to the right.


I'll take a look behind the passenger side tomorrow.
