Here is again picture from below up, on right-side you see hole, where hitch is mounted (covered with blend) and on the left side is electric connector, which you swing 90 degrees down...

I would almost prefer if it was a harness you could pull out from inside the vehicle when you need it. In USA we use the 4 way flat plug connector for most basic trailering; more (6-way I do believe) if you need brakes (would be over Stelvio's rating) and most have both the flat/and round connectors. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traile..._North_America

Curt Hitch Easily Intstalled

I know I am coming late to this discussion, but I only just got my Stelvio. I ordered the Curt hitch from the States (am in Toronto), and Hitch City installed it in 45 minutes. After, I noticed that U-Haul now offer a Stelvio hitch. I use it for a bike rack and ski rack only.
