So the quad wheels in the front are the same measurements as the 20" wheels on the Stelvio. Do you have 4 front wheels on that (are they all the same size?) or do you also have the wider quad rear wheels?

If you've got the wide rear ones I'd love to see if they stick out a bit from the back.

Pretty sure QV fronts are 20x9, not 20x8.5.

QV wheel update…
On closer inspection they are installed in reverse. 285/40R on front and the 255/45R on the rear.
I guess the seller didn’t care to mention it but drives fine in this configuration.
I will have the shop swap them but I don’t think there’ll be enough clearance on the inside for the rears. I imagine there are spacers to accommodate them but tires will likely protrude beyond fenders.
Is there any problem running them this way?

Jeez, I'd also measure the rims to make sure the right tires are on the right rims... Had someone put the wider rear tires on the narrower front rims on my staggered BMW one time, not cute. After that I started tying a ribbon to the front wheels when I dropped the car off so they wouldn't mess it up again.

And you should definitely notice a difference in handling once the narrower wheels & tires are on the front - it should feel sharper.

Installed in reverse ??? Are these people crazy ??? Even if they were not reversed I don't think it is a good idea to use staggered set of wheels/tyres for 2.0T engine vehicles. If you really want the QV wheels , just use the front size of the QV on all your wheels.

Not sure about Stelvios, but once upon a time, you could order a 2.0 AWD in a staggered configuration. I've now upgraded to a QV setup on the giulia as many others have with no issues. I suspect it's not an issue for the stelvio as well.

Its not clear if these are staggered quad wheels. Or wider quad style. Might want to look at them for proper ID. Maybe Brookstone ebay replicas or something.
In any event, if a quad rear wheel is installed on the front, the wheel scrapes on the suspension upright.

On a TiS without the wheel flares, IMHO, the Quad wheel fitment with stock sized rubber is the ultimate badass look and the handling combonation possible if in a temp zone a Pirelli actually work in. It is firm but as crisp as you will get. Best 2K I ever spent esp seen as they are my snow rims on my 2020 Quad.
