Just curious, why do you need these certain cables?
I bought a VeePeak Bluetooth OBD-II adapter and OBDFusion app for iOS, plus the 2019 FCA PID mapping pack that adds a ton of Alfa/Fiat/Dodge/Jeep codes. So far there is nothing I have not been able to do, including clearing of codes. It also works with other apps like CarScanner, but only OBDFusion seems to have the manufacturer-specific codes.
What do these special cables offer that cannot be accomplished with a basic OBD-II dongle?
