Apple Carplay for Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio 2017-2020 – Thecarplayer.com

Pricey but its the closest thing you'll get to oem if your Stelvio is pre carplay. Added bonus is that you can set it up to be wireless or not. Install is pretty simple, hiding the wires was a pain.

lucky for you. Mine suddenly resets during long trips (more than 2 hours of driving). I don't think the unit can handle the heat too well. anyhow, 90% of the times it works fine.

I bought a unit by Kremersino on AliExpress which has been great and issue free. Has both wireless and wired carplay. Cost was 350 AUD.

Installation was straightforward although you have to take into account where to discretely locate the unit’s microphone.
