So I took out my Stelvio for the first long trip (200 miles). During the trip, it occurred to me several times, I heard this strange 1-second-interval beep that last about 1 minute. There is no error message on the Dash, the coolant temperature is normal, engine oil level is normal, type pressure is normal.

Anyone has any clue?

Is it the lane departure warning by any chance? Either that or your plates getting sensed by your parking sensors which a few people have had trouble with? What 'tone' is the beeping?

Thanks, but my car does not have lane departure warning. It's not the sound of radar warning either.

Hello liv4spd,

I wouldn't be able to give technical advice but if you end up going into the dealer, let us know. I can get this over to a Case Specialist who'll work with you and the dealer toward a possible solution.

I called the dealer and they said most likely it is the seat belt warning sound. Maybe my passage was not bucking up properly.

probably a bad thermometer warning you that you were within 5 degrees of freezing and should watch out for black ice (see other thread)
I know it gave me fits the first time i had those warning bells going off in a then new bmw, I had no idea what was going wrong with the car on a cold night in the mountains.

The only continuous beep that exist inside the stelvio is the seat belt warning that stop after 120 seconds
