Stelvio base model:

My brake caliper is grey color (base model) and I am checking if there is any option (like stikkers or covers) for Yellow or red ones.

No such thing as covers. Brakes get hot and need to cool down, this would hinder this process.
Also, the Brembos look pretty sweet in their natural form.
Last, if you must have color, they do make a brake caliper paint kit. google.
If you wanna kill a Saturday or Sunday.
Remove the wheels, clean the brake calipers off from contaminates.
use blue painters tape and mask off what every you dont want to be painted.
Spray way, Last, the kit should also include clear coat spray.

eBay item #183822225013. $150.00

I have black colour calipers and, similarly to the OP, I favour the look of the red ones, so this could be a good way to go.
Do you happen to know how these are fitted? I guess the wheels must be taken off and then these are screwed on top of the originals calipers? Or?

Thanks

??? Don't they say Alfa Romeo on them??? So you change the color and lose the script???? And they will NEVER look or last as well as the factory finish....thu8s reason it costs 3-500 to redo them properly. Might as well buy some take off calipers from another Stelvio.

Plasti Dip caliper paint! Can peel it off anytime. You can put a Brembo or Alfa caliper sticker over it. Probably cost 20 bucks or so. You Tube it.

Your calipers will get MUCH HOTTER than that exhaust pipe.
