Excited New Owner w/ Compass/Nav Issue

New 2020 Stelvio owner as of yesterday! Love the car, but the navigation won't work at all (no map or any nav at all). I tried to calibrate the compas by driving in a circle as instructed and it said successful, but then goes back to the same screen like nothing happened
Might anyone have any idea about this?

Sounds like a memory chip went bad or something else in the system. Could be several things, none of which really matter since the fix is the same, replace stuff.

If it is still under warranty I would just get a appointment at the dealer.
