Anyone know what kind of stock wheels these are? I have been researching 20" gloss black wheels to swap for, but cannot find any information online about these ones currently on the car.

I have never seen these. Don’t believe they’re oem unless they were offered in a different country.

Those are 18” Giulia Ti wheels. My 2020 Giulia Ti has those standard.
