Anyone have any experience with this:

https://www.hydrosilex.com/

It's not going to last as long as getting it professionally done but it's inexpensive and looks dead easy to apply.

I have had my eye on this one as well, looks VERY easy to use, and by layering it seems you may be able to get similar results to a professionally applied ceramic coat. I have done a bit of research, and it seems the protective properties of ceramic coating are greatly exaggerated. Therefore, It seems this may be a less costly(and less popular to shops!) alternative. Thoughts?

The reviews I've read have all been favorable so far. They seem to be realistic with their claims and say it does not offer scratch protection (claims ceramic coating makes that are unfounded)
I'm going to order and try it out.
