Just acquired a 21 lusso w/ PP and active suspension. The ride in comfort N mode is sublime and noticeably more agreeable over the ruff stuff than my MY22 Ti….

Anyway, I’ve only put a few miles on it, nothing at highway speeds just putzing around town, but I’m not noticing a difference in the overall ride stiffness when I toggle into D mode.Sure, I DO notice the active dampers doing their thing. But D mode certainly feels softer and more compliant than the passive suspension setup of my 22 Ti…

Dealer time?

Drive down the same road with some bumps on it in both modes, or in D mode in the normal and then soft setting and see if you feel a difference. It should be noticable - mine certainly is. If it feels the same definitely get it checked out.

Note that if you try to change modes while the AS/S has the car off, sometimes the suspension doesn't get the message. I noticed it twice and just stopped changing modes while I was sitting at a light with the car off...

I was worried that the adjustable suspension may be an expensive issue when I got mine, but I'm at 67k miles and have had no issues with it, and I use both settings multiple times every time I drive it. This might be the first that I've heard of anyone having issues with it...

There is difference and it should be noticeable . Maybe you drove on good roads only. The standard suspension is tuned somewhere between the soft and mid setting of the active since the QV only has the stiffest in RACE. So the active will be always more comfortable than standard when it is in soft N and A .I still find the mid damp setting comfortable enough compared to the hardest in RACE. I don't know about the TI Sport trim which is with FSD dampers and maybe stiffer than normal ?
