I recently had a minor shunt in my Stelvio.
I have had to wait for parts in the past so was not surprised when the repairer had to wait two weeks for parts from Italy as Alfa keep few parts in the UK and they ship by road.
The repairer then discovered a broken air conduit and had to wait another 10 days for the new part.
The part arrived broken with the broken piece not in the box. i.e. it was packed broken.
We waited another 10 days and a replacement arrived. Also broken, also packed broken.
The part is now on back order until some time in December. The car cannot be driven.

Has anyone else suffered similar problems and any idea how to get Alfa to take the problem seriously and take a part off the assembly line ?
