You guys did. It was sent up through the chain. I was told that until I have video proof again. That the case is put on hold. That there was nothing more you could do for me. The dealer ship said the same as you guys. Just really let down. I would think you guys would go above and beyond for a person willing to take a chance on your product. I use to feel that way. But it's been month's. A couple new flashes and ecm replaced. And still not working. Just starting to wish I went with another name brand. Very disappointed in Alfa Romeo as a car company. Anyone on the forum having these problems as well.

Mine are Screen in and out. Screen going from night to day on a sunny day. Lift gate not always going all the way up. Squeaky brakes. Heater seats not getting hot just warm. Just alot of things.

Have they actually removed the screen unit itself and replaced it? You said ETM but not sure what that refers to.

That's what I have asked them to do. They refuse to replace the screen. They said it's not the screen. That was the last thing I asked Alfa Customer care to please do for me. They sent it up to the higher ups and they said (NO). SO KNOW UNTIL I HAVE ANOTHER VIDEO THERE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING FOR ME

Ugh utter fail. I would have thought that's one of the FIRST things they replaced.

Setup a gopro or something to just record your screen while driving constantly

Yea I guess that I'll have to go buy one. Just stupid to waste $200 to $300 dollars on a gopro so I can get my car fixed. I really thought that Alfa customer care was going to take care of me. I was wrong.

So Alfa Customer care why aren't you taking care of me. I took a chance on your product. It's been nothing but problems.

Alfa Romeo cares is a marketing approach at tempering ill feelings owners might have if their vehicles fail in some way. It sounds good but they have no power over dealers that are independently owned. Alfa Romeo cares people read from scripts. They are the customer service people who can help you get an appointment with the dealer but if the software update isn’t there, or the fix is not known, they can do nothing more. I have the same with a known error in the infotainment system where the phone favorites do t work, as the menu is grayed out,saying no items to select when there are contacts in the system. It seems big affects android and iOS users alike. It is no wonder why Alfa Romeo and fiat Chrysler is ranked low in many quality service rankings.

So here it goes. Maps are stuck in daytime and its night time. I got lucky with the screen going out while just recording showing the maps not changing to night time when it's dark. Just called customer care and there setting up dealership to bring in car. I'll keep you all posted on what happens.

i have similar screen black out issues comes back on and off especially with USB to android auto. im catching this early and dont want to goto the dealer multiple times like these members did. please advice

I am having the same issue with the screen going black as well as the system rebooting.

Alfa Romeo updated the infotainment system to the latest release but I still have the problem
