I guess I'm not sure what to look/ search for. When I search for them I don't get results. If you know where they are, and could provide a link I'd really appreciate that.
I did not find any on alfissimo but here is a similar set to what I bought.

I used the similar feature and found one available in the states. Thank you very much, I appreciate it.

I don’t know if it will help, but our Giulia sisters have also looked into this.
Added Neutral to paddle shifters! (EU settings)
I saw that on the Giulia forums, because I have a Giulia so that's where I am the most. Seems like a pretty good post, I just needed to get the programming dongles and the sgw bypass for mine so I could try it before I did it on yours. I was going to use my bypass to bypass yours so you didn't have to buy it. I'm not sure if you plan on tuning or if you have tuned your car but if you haven't it's best to leave the Gateway in on 20+my cars because they have LTE and it prevents drive by wire system hacking through the radio.

I don't know if this helps but I've done it my quad (2018) and it works perfectly. The best feature is can you put it in drive from park, neutral or reverse by just pulling on the right paddle. You can start the car and just pull the right paddle and get going, just like Ferrari's and Lamborghini's paddle shifters.

I used that write up from the Giula forum, ezeepeezy.. I do have a SGW bypass and if you go this route, make sure you buy sets of extension cables. I can't not stress this enough, you never want to have to get to that damn thing ever again.

I've had to replace a few at the dealership because they died, or to prepare a car for sale the tune would be removed and the sgw would be re-installed. Getting to those bolts on the column is definitely an ordeal, and I hate doing it every time. I need to bypass mine so that when my warranty runs out (in may), I can tune it. they have inline connectors that have an obd port installed so the factory obd port is normal, but there's also a bypassed obd port under the kick panel. I've been excited about enabling that feature because it just sounds cool and convenient.
