Newbie question re 2018 Stelvio Quadrifoglio.

While the owner’s manual says to not rotate the tires (front to back) due to the staggered setup (and I know not to do that), is there anything preventing rotating the fronts with each other? Same for the rears? There is nothing in the manual saying no or yes.

We’re getting more wear on the passenger front and before dropping coin on new shoes we’d like to see if we can get some more mileage out of the current tires by switching sides. I do not see anything on the tires saying they must rotate in one direction.

We have about 8000 miles on the PZeros.

Thanks for any info.
