Any idea on how to obtain the key code and unique radio ID?

The warranty card asks that you write down the key code, but I'm not sure where to find it...

And I know I'll need the radio ID eventually when I sign up for satellite radio. Thanks for any help!

I found the radio ID - it's on Channel 0 on the Sirius band...
