Odd that Road & Track has waited this long for a first drive. No wonder sales aren't great if it's been out for months and they just got to it now.

"The Stelvio is much more important for the success of the brand. If this crossover doesn't sell well here in the US and China, Alfa Romeo's renaissance is almost assuredly doomed." :eek

Some of the points the article stated, people have mentioned and discussed on this forum. For me what stood out, the article mentioned it did pretty good for a SUV crossover and the comparisons to the Giulia. The Stelvio is a Sport handling SUV/crossover, I wish people would stop comparing it to sedans or other vehicles like that. It’s a Sport handling SUV/crossover, compare it to others in it's class.
