I just got my Stelvio, 2020. It came with factory roof rails. I was looking for cross bars, which if you know, there are not many companies making them for this car. I did buy ones from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08V59G9NF/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) but they were noisy and were not really strong. I was driving and I noticed that the Porsche Macan has the same or similar roof rails. I drove to the Porsche dealership with my measure and sure enough, I concluded that the racks should be the same or close enough. If you search Amazon for cross bars for the Porsche, there are many more than the Stelvio. I bought - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08GYQPP3H?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details - got them yesterday, they fit with no modifications, they do not make noise, not even at 80 miles per hr, they are super strong and they were only $60. I would say, they are perfect. They look super cool too. Just wanted to share w you in case you are looking for options.
