What to expect after transmission adaptation reset

I want to pick some brains about things I’ve noticed since I reset my transmission adaptations via Multiecuscan. One thing I notice is the firm shift after initial startup from 1-2. It seems to be more firm when it does it now. Also the gear changes from 2-3,3-4,4-5 are also more firm until the transmission is up to temp. I imagine after a few days it will settle down. But has anyone else done this reset and experienced similar results? I haven’t changed fluid or filter yet as my car only has 48k miles
