So wife took my car the other day for a drive only for me to see a nice surprise waiting when I approached my car today. A really bad scrape/rash on the rim, about 1/5 of the rim was scraped and you can visibly see the scraping/scratches along the entire edge of that portion of the rim. Question is, how much do these rims go for? It's the 2022 Stelvio with the darker rims in the Veloce package. It's also a leased vehicle. This sucks!
Not sure which rim you have, but most of these seem like they are decent candidates for being resurfaced. I'd look into rim resurfacing or rim repair. Before buying a new wheel.
I did this with my first Giulia in 2017. I took it to a Wheel Medic and for $150 they made it like new and I could never tell it happened. It was a great experience and one that I used on two other vehicles!

Rim Repair is pretty amazing. OP, Either way I would try the repair route first as it might happen again. And it’s probably better than laying 1k for one wheel….
Thanks for the feedback everyone. Anyone here in the Toronto (GTA) area, preferably west-end (Oakville, Mississauga, Burlington) with a suggested repair place they could recommend?
If you can't find one on the Googles, call a body shop or car dealer in your area and find out who they use. Here is the US, there are mobile repair trucks that visit the dealers regularly to to repair rims. I'd imagine Canada is similar.
I"d guess that your Alfa gal did some self harm in order to make sure the GF never gets behind the wheel again. Do whatever it takes to make it right and MAYBE she'll forgive you some day.
THis happened to me once on my 18' Guilia Ti Sport - wife was the culprit. You can have these wheels sanded and painted, however the color match was hard. I ended up finding this for a perfect match - Touch Up Paint Dark 5-Hole Wheels | Centerline International.
I am not sure this will be a match fro your dark 21inch wheels, but call Centerline they are great.
No, he'd own up if he did it, he's Alfisti, we wouldn't pass off our errant track limit exceeding excursions as our wive's errors.
I'd sooner blame it on old retired people stopping in new roundabouts before trying to gaslight my wife or defer blame to her, if I scratched my rims in a moment of impatience, like if that would ever happen.

So I got a response today from my local rim repair shop and they quoted me $259.90 CAD and it would take 2-3 days. Anyone know how much the dark 5-hole Alfa rims on the 2022 Stelvio go for brand new? Trying to compare what would make more sense here. It'll also take them 2-3 days to complete the repair.
Just heard back from them, it normally retails for $1,315 and he offered me wholesale price at $1,118. To me it, I'm thinking it's worth a shot having the rim repaired. I contacted two rim repair shops, one said there's too much damage, the other said they could get it back to 95% match. Not sure what do do.
Wheel Size: 20x8.5. Quantity: 4 x 20x8.5. Bolt Pattern: 5x110.

but then I think well that's 1800, for 300 more I could have QV 9s and 10s, then I think I don't want to spend 2k just on wheels, and make no progress.
