hood, front fenders, doors are aluminium. not sure about trunk lid and roof.
body is mostly steel, some bits like front shock mounting points are aluminium too.

There's a schemata on the Giulia forum that shows the all material for the complete chassis. sorry, to lazy to research.

I wish more companies had gone SMC and CF and Fiberglass. I know panel gaps and surface perfection suffer a hair here, but Ive seen far too many 200k+ mile 20+ year old vettes without a single door ding to not appreciate it. My 1995 and 2001 fbody, as well, minus the rear quarters.
